2024.R1 - Conference Registration - Early Bird Rate – $450.00
Provides access to the conference's academic and general social events. Includes an individual membership with BALAS (valid through December 31st). **Early bird rate available only until May 15th**
2024.R2 - Conference Registration - Regular Rate – $505.00
Provides access to the conference's academic and general social events. Includes an individual membership with BALAS (valid through December 31st).
2024.R3 - Doctoral Student Registration - Early Bird Rate – $150.00
Available to doctoral students only (post-doctoral fellows already holding a doctoral degree do not qualify). Provides access to the conference's academic and general social events. Includes an individual membership with BALAS (valid through December 31st). **Early bird rate available only until May 15th**
2024.R4 - Doctoral Student Registration - Regular Rate – $200.00
Available to doctoral students only (post-doctoral fellows already holding a doctoral degree do not qualify). Provides access to the conference's academic and general social events. Includes an individual membership with BALAS (valid through December 31st).
2024.R5 - Special Guest Registration - CODE NEEDED
BALAS fellows, institutional member representatives, and other special guests are welcome to attend the conference at no cost. A registration code is required to complete a free registration. If you are the selected institutional representative of your school, please send an email to treasurer@balas.org to request your registration code.

Special Note

Authors/presenters should register and attend the conference in order for their names to be included in the conference program.

Conference Guests

Guest registrations only provide access to the conference's general social events. Individuals planning to attend the academic events of the conference should not register as guests.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations received up to 30 days before the start of the conference will receive a refund equal to 100% of the registration fee. Cancelations received within 30 days of the start of the conference or no-shows will be subject to a cancelation fee equal to 100% of the registration fee.

Photography and Video

By registering for the BALAS Annual Conference and Doctoral Colloquium, you agree to be photographed and filmed by the conference organizers or their authorized agents for the purposes of documentation, promotion, and dissemination of the conference activities. You also consent to the use of your image and voice in any media platform related to the conference, such as websites, social media, newsletters, podcasts, or videos.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the conference staff at the registration desk before entering the conference or email us at balas@balas.org. Thank you for your cooperation.
