  1. Doctoral Proposals / Research Submission Process
    • Doctoral proposals/ research must be submitted on-line, selecting the "Doctoral Colloquium Track":
    • Create your user name and submit.
    • During the on-line submission process please be prepared to enter in the submission form :  the title of the doctoral proposal, abstract, keywords,  and complete contact information for the Doctoral Student, and the name of the Doctoral Advisor.and stage in the doctoral thesis process (e.g.: before, ready for, after doctoral).  PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR NAME in the submission file you upload.
    • Proposals should be submitted by. SUBMISSIONS OPEN
  2. Extension, Format & Language
  • The submitted doctoral proposals/researcg need to be written in English, 3,000 - 3500 words in length + appendices (references, figures, tables), letter type Palatine Linotype, size 11
  • Exceptions can be requested, but presentations would be required to be in English.
  • References should use APA style
  • The file should not include the author´s name in order to facilitate a blind review process. 

3. Selection Process

  • Selection will be based upon the quality and originality of the proposal and the research. If accepted, the students will present at the consortium. Results will be announced
  • Proposals  may  be updated 3 weeks before the day of the doctoral consortium. Deadline is May 20th. 2022 (this is in order for panelists to be able to make better and useful comments about the current work)

Only manuscripts corresponding to the above guidelines will be accepted. In order to be included in the program the Doctoral Student needs to be registered in the conference.

Authors can submit both COMPETITIVE PAPERS and WORKING PAPERS, and should indicate this in the submission. WORKING PAPERS will not be considered for awards or for Special Issues.

A paper submission fee of US $35 is required for each paper. Please pay by credit card in the link that follows after the link for paper submissions. Papers will not be reviewed unless payment is received. Fill out the form completely to be sure your payment is credited to your paper. Use a separate form for each paper.
