2013 Conference Registration Information:

Your conference registration fee includes:

• Full BALAS membership for one year
• Participation in the Conference sessions
• Conference documentation and materials
• Lunch and coffee-breaks during the Conference
• Scheduled transportation between the conference hotel and the conference venue

 Please note that your conference registration fee does NOT include, among others:

• Accommodations in Lima. You may stay at the Conference hotel or at any other hotel at your own discretion.
• Transportation to and from the airport
• Any other costs related to your stay in Lima (laundry services, telephone calls, meals, etc.)

Presenters

Conference rooms will be equipped with PCs and audiovisual equipment. Presenters have to bring their own presentation in a USB memory to be uploaded prior to their session. Remember that the last day for authors to register is March 1st to be included in the conference program and to present their paper at the conference. Only papers included in the program and presented by one of the authors will be included in the conference proceedings, considered for a BALAS award and additional journal publications coming from the BALAS Conference.
