ESAN, established in July of 1963, was the first graduate school of business in the Spanish speaking world. Having educated business leaders throughout Latin America and the world for over 40 years, it became the Universidad ESAN in 2003.

Members of the Executive Commitee of BALAS are elected by the General Membership at the beginning of each calander year. Our Regional Representatives for Brazil, Central America and US/Canada are to be elected in odd-years, and all of the others in even years.
